Record a phone system

Have your phone system recorded, in the file format it actually asks for

A phone system does not ask for whatever mp3 you happen to have. It asks for a specific format, and that is usually where it goes wrong. We deliver your welcome greeting, phone menu, queue message and closed message as files you can upload straight away. You hear how it sounds before you pay.

Two routes, your choice

Do it yourself, ready in a minute

Type your script, pick a voice and hear the result immediately. If you like it you pay and download the file. If you do not, it costs you nothing.

  • Listening costs nothing
  • From 19 euro per message, VAT included
  • Download straight after payment

Leave it to us

Send us your scripts and we deliver the complete set for your system. If you do not know yet what it should say, we write a first version based on your opening hours and menu options.

  • You supply the text, we supply the files
  • Every message in the same voice
  • Changes later in that same voice

The format is the real work

Every phone system sets its own requirements for the audio file. We deliver what yours asks for, so you never have to convert anything.

WAV for telephony

Many systems want 8 kHz mono, in u-law or a-law. That is not a setting you find in an ordinary audio editor, and a normal mp3 is either refused or plays back distorted.

Or plain mp3

If your system does take mp3 or 16 kHz, that is what you get. You pick the format when you download, and you can take several formats of the same message.

Look up your own system

For each brand we describe which format it requires and where the file goes. If yours is not listed, just ask.

Why people hand this over

The file gets refused

The system will not accept the recording, or plays it back distorted. That is almost always the sample rate or the encoding, not the recording itself.

A colleague is on there

A message recorded on a phone in an open office is audible as exactly that. A calm voice without background noise gives a different impression of your business.

It all has to be one voice

Welcome greeting, phone menu and queue message belong together. If three different people recorded them, the caller notices the moment they are transferred.

It keeps changing

Opening hours, holidays, one extra menu option. With the same voice a new version takes minutes, without booking a session again.

No script yet?

There are ready-made scripts for welcome greetings, phone menus, queue messages and closed messages. Fill in your company name and hours and the rest is written.
