1. Open your NEC system's IP address in a browser (the WebPro portal).
2. Log in (your installer has the credentials).
3. Click InMail Audio Up/Down load (Routing).
4. Choose the mailbox number: 001 = day greeting, 002 = night, 003 = holiday.
5. Use Browse to select the file ending in -ulaw-8khz.wav and click Upload.

These steps apply to the SL series (e.g. SL1100/SL2100); keep the file under 2 MB. Other NEC models may differ.
